got a nespresso machine for £50 instead of £130 yesterday and you can send off for a £70 gift voucher.....
That's no bargain I'm afraid - you are then locked into coffee capsules.

Which is their not so cunning plan of course.

I understand that there is a somewhat more open consumer market for some things called beans.

Sorry to be a grump - serious coffee head here.

It's like inkjet printers - people think the printer is good value
THen the cartridges cost a bomb, that's why we have a laser printer

You were lucky (& quick!) - I was number 300 on the wait list after about 5 minutes!

I managed to get this after being on the waitlist - read the reviews and didn't bother. Sounded like a knackered version to me. I probably only use about 20% of the features of my 500 but maps would have been nice - if they weren't set up for motorways!

Can anyone confirm this is a decent version they got?

I seriously expect this to turn up again before the week is out.

I bought 3kg of beans recently for around £27.

Proper Italian stuff.

That make's a lot of espressos - in London you'd mybe get around 10 if you are very lucky.

I'm still not convinced by your case - and you do realise that those pods won't turn you into George Clooney?

Hang on - you have another incompatibe pod type machine?

Apologies in advance to mods - will go look for a cycling bargain to post.

Hi,
I assume you purchased one of these? Considering it for road use, can the visor be removed without visible markings?

Cheers
Hi, i bought one of these recently to replace a newly"tested" one. The visor is easily removed and leaves three small holes where the visor was connected. Nothing major.
