Winter road tires anyone or cheap wheelsets?

Ribble r500s, I think there is a code like "MORE10" that gives 10% off. About as cheap as you will get.

For road tyres go for the cheap vittorias or Schwalbe ( get the £11 vittorias, not the £8 ones, there is a big difference)

I have a pair of these, great in the summer at keeping your feet cool, not so good in rain/wet/cold as the mesh lets in all the elements - overshoes help though.
