Why would anyone wear that on a bike

When I'm cold!!! I wouldn't use it to cycle normally but my gillet version packs down nice and small meaning I can carry it in my pannier and put it one as necessary - I don't cycle in it normally but I did one day this week when I was cold wearing it off the bike, and couldn't bear to think of taking it off - I only had to go a couple of miles. I was nicely warmed up at the end of the journey.

And again I can't imagine cycling in the jacket very often but it will do for wearing at the other end of a journey on cold days.

sportspursuit has a load of cycle gear on their site at the minute, including wheels, not sure how they compare to R500s though.
