I've just got back from Evans and bought myself a pair of Specialized BG Expert road shoes for £89.99 which I think is a bargain as everywhere else is £105+ where I could find them in my size. They've only got small sizes online but I got lucky and the local store had 43's in. Also you have to quote the EXTRA10 code they put up today to get the additional discount which is across all sale clothes, helmets and shoes.

I was nearly buying a pair of others from Chainreaction as they've got some good sales but wanted to make sure I was happy with the fit and glad I held off as the BOA fitment on these are so much better than other ratchet types I tried today and the velcro BG MTB's I've already got.

£2.50 each! Appear to be the same as or similar to the Raleigh Astrum and the Cateye 610.

[edit] Ought to add that the Red Mist one has already arrived and its output and general construction seems identical to a 610 that I already have. I thought I had bought the Bleep as well but it seems I made a hash of my order, so have had to do it again.

I've got the phaart beep. Really good light. P&p is £2.50 though.

...although you get free postage over a £20 spend.
The http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/LIPHSOFL/phaart_strap_on_led_light
for £1.49 each are bloomin' good as a back up or emergency light to stash in your pocket or panniers, bright-ish flash and even throw a slight steady beam that could get you through unlit areas...s-l-o-w-l-y. Stretchy band fits on most bars or seat posts. I think it's a Chinese cheap version of a knog.

After my first order mistake, I ordered two more of each type for £12.50 total, so at least the P&P is not per item. Actually, looking at the next post to yours, I should have ordered a few more as spares and got the postage free!

Is the bracket the same size? Will it fit your Cateye bracket?
