I went to Go Outdoors to get a LED Lenser P7 and P3 torch kit for my bike, retails at £59.99 here http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/dalesman-p7-and-p3-twin-pack-p106129

saw that Go Outdoors offers a "we'll beat any price by 10%" guarantee, so I looked online here and found it for £36.98, plus £3 something for delivery.

Go Outdoors offered it to me for £36.61! nearly half price.

So I've just got a bike mount for it for £12 on Amazon.

The LED LEnser P7 light offers a 210m beam, with 200 lumens and 130 hour battery life. The P3 is also amazing for it's size

What are these like , anyone got them ?
I've used the LED armbands from Aldi for years and heartily recommend them - you get a couple of extra feet overtaking clearance on my commute!

I've used Aldi compression base layers as well - worth the price. Not as tight as my branded equivalent but none the worse for it!

Just discovered this thread.

The reflective arm/leg bands are really good. I bought a set of four last year and only used two of them during Winter. The previous ones were hi-vis yellow but last years were a much better silver, all with red LED'S. Don't bother lighting them up to be honest but dead handy on my ankles as I don't have reflectors on my SPD pedals. The base layers are also really useful but they do change from promotion to promotion but you can open the package and check before you buy. The last lot were good but slightly too high in the collar so have a try before you commit. Recommend the shorts and padded longs too if they're doing them.

I'll continue to use last years silver bands and use the brand new unused silver ones when I need to. Great product whatever the colour.

Thanks for the heads up on the Lidl stuff! Do the bands have replaceable batteries?

Yes you can , i have changed mine in the past but you have to be careful to check for rust on the contacts,i have had a set stop working because of this .This was from being used all winter in all weathers, they work brilliantly as arm bands without the lights .

Cheers mate, looks like they will be handy to carry around as emergency be-seen lights too. I'll head down on Thursday to pick some up!

Mine ceased to work too for the same reason. Just as useful unlit as very effective reflective wear. Can't remember how far away they could be seen with the led lights on but a very good range as simple reflectives. I think the glare drowned out the led's effectivness somewhat. Spare CR2032 batteries if you don't light them up. Worth every penny.
