Forgive me if it's already been posted.........

Aldi have a cycling special next week http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/offers_week18Thursday12.htm

Light weight Hi-viz jacket for me, though I get the impression that there are some hereabouts who won't approve! ^_^

Might see if i can get a couple of pairs of shorts if time allows, theres nothing else i need as evidenced by the fatc i could probably go about 10 days withoutwearing the same kit twice and the wife would probably move me into the garage ....

Wiggle currently have 20% off all cycle clothing for 4 days.

Unlike a certain large rival, it appears to apply to everything and without needing a voucher code.

Just bought a Kask helmet and Castelli jacket for £112. Ordered late Thu afternoon (free delivery) and arrived this morning - fanbloodytastic!

And now they have 25% off cycling shoes (including some cleats), pro team kit and nutrition/hydration. This one runs for 48 hours, ending Wednesday 2pm (if I can do sums properly).

I had one which I used regularly for 2-3 years until the seams started going. Does the job!

Just took delivery (only ordered yesterday) of one of these workstands, this is the first one I've had so I have nothing to compare it to, but I assembled it at lunchtime and hung my Specialized Hardrock Pro off it and i'm very impressed.

Sturdy, very adjustable and easy to use.

I think my maintenance is going to become a whole lot more enjoyable^_^

If you want a workstand but don't want to spend much I recommend

That's funny, I have been waiting a long time for them to appear at Lidl again after missing out before!! Got fed up and decided to search elsewhere....

Chocolate: Not a bike product but popular among us.

Sainsburys, in the baking section. They do a dark chocolate at least 50% cocoa solids so it tastes a bit like the Green and Black stuff which is around £1.80 for 100g. The Sainsburys one is on offer a 200g bar for £1.

The lightest multi-tool on the planet that has more than a couple of tools and including a chain tool and the all important beer bottle opener is the Specialized MTB EMT Pro. It weighs 104g in a field where 150g is VERY light and many weighing 250g and beyond. Furthermore it is a jewel of a tool in chromed steel and no plastic - the 3 largest hex keys are hollowed out... I have one. I quite like it.

Alas, at £35 a piece they are nearly as expensive as these things can get. This is probably the main reason why it only got 3.5 stars out of 5 in certain review. And, like most Spesh merchandise, they are seldom discounted, so imagine my surprise when I found them selling for £15+£3p&p today!

Tools are personal things, so the health warning is you might not like it, e.g. if you have HUGE fingers - folded it is only around 7cm x 4cm x 1.5cm.

16 remain in stock as I write.
