Decathlon Stockport has a very, very nice winter cycling top in right now. I was only looking for a balaclava (which they also have, and which I bought for £7), but I saw this jacket and couldn't resist.

I'll take pics if anyone wants, but for £50 you get a fleece-lined winter jacket with a windproof and water-resistent outer lining. Long sleeves with zips near the wrists, and velcro fasteners. A small zipped pocket under the left arm, containing a retroreflective armband. Both arms have underzips to improve ventilation (the zips open to a webbed material, not fresh air). The whole jacket is smart and stylish, with lots of retroreflective bits here and there. There are three large open pockets around the back, and one smaller zipped one on top of the middle open pocket. The back is long, to cover one's arse. The front zips up right up to the neck, the zip is then covered with 2 velcro tabs.
It is a seriously nice jacket, they come in black/grey or black/red. I went for the former, as I have a blue bike. £50 is an absolute bargain. My only minor criticism is that the armband is on the left arm - it should be on the right arm IMO.
Oh and I did 23 miles in it tonight through constant drizzle at about freezing - absolutely no water got through anywhere, and I only started to get a little bit cold about an hour in to the ride.
