Found a Bargain? Do Tell.

There have been a few postings on this thread about this light; Aldi were doing it for around a tenner.
I've just got one. Exactly the same light, but from China. Its on E bay; search on this
BICYCLE CREE Q5 Led light +18650 battery +Charger+Mount

For much the same price it comes with the addition of a rechargeable battery, a charger, a bracket and an adaptor (to take the larger battery). For the money it's incredible value.

I've just ordered a second one.
Too late if you want it for christmas; it took about three weeks to get here, but well worth the wait.
Highly recommended. No connection etc etc.

Oh well, seeing as it's Christmas...

CRC have a range of VDO computers with around 60% off. They're cheap because they don't come with an English manual, but one of the reviews has a link to the VDO website where you can download one. Link

I was looking on the Maw Cycles ebay site and saw they had 27" tyres. I saw these Schwalbe Standards which they say have the ideal tread for commuting/touring. And at £15.99 thought they might be a good buy. Then just a little above them saw these from Kenda. Seems to be the same photo and the same text describing the tyre but only £8.99 so a real bargain .

Are Kenda and Schwalbe making the same tyre? If not what are they selling for what price? And which is the bargain

Was in Lidl in Stirling today. They're selling off unsold merchandise including a few cycling items eg cycling shoes and panniers from the last cycling special offers. Both priced at £5. It’s a bit of a lucky dip – they’ve tipped all the unsold stuff into huge boxes, so some rummaging is required.
