Same! Bit misleading since it was described as a relaxed fit. The nipples😅 do bib shorts straps cover nipples? Maybe if I got some of those for underneath and also because it's a bit short at the front. Think I will just return them.
When I first switched to bigshorts, the straps used to make my nips very sore.
Doesn't happen any more, so seems to be soemthing you acclimatise to.

Think I'll be swapping the jerseys too. They'd be alright with a base layer, but I've never felt any need to wear a baselayer with a summer jersey...

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Think I'll keep mine as fit is good on me, if a little short. Anyway, paying more to return is a pain. NB retail store is now closed, but looks like online continues.

"Relaxed"? No, not claimed: a "more accommodating confidence-inspiring fit" You and @lazybloke need to activate your '+ve and confidence genes'. Ride on (in summer).

"the Tempo jersey features a more accommodating confidence-inspiring fit that follows the form of your body, instead of hugging every curve [and the] superior sweat management of our lightweight ELITE Transfer fabric . . . provides superior moisture management"
I'd say this top, on me, does both:
  • it follows the form of my (athletic albeit aged) body, and
  • hugs every curve

Bought some like this and just used them for the first time this morning. Didn't feel like much when I tested them last night but actually in the winter boots, they kept my feet nice & warm for 10 miles at -2 to 0 degrees. Didn't seem to chew through much power on the powerbank either. Anker 10,000 2.4A powerbank used in my back pocket. Cable running down each leg inside bib tights. I replaced the existing insoles in my Das Boots with these. Will see how they last. I'll try them in wellies on Saturday.

Spooky.. Mrs W bought me exactly the same pair for Xmas and I used them for the first time yesterday in my Das Boots, unfortunately I only had a small powerbank so they only lasted for an hour or so, but they definitely kept my feet nice and 'toastie'. Going out later to get bigger powerbank, hopefully cold toes are a thing of the past!

I wear plenty of skintight lycra.
Having tried on the jersey a few more times, the biggest problem is the shortness at the front, and the resulting tendency to display belly.
For anyone else of the same mind, I recommend trying Foska jerseys; my medium is two inches longer at the front, and actually fits better/closer than the PEarl Izumi but somehow feels nicer against the skin.
Hmm, their website is down. PRoducts available through other sites though. Some quite garish!

Will depend on stock levels in your nearest store.

Ordered two of these from different stores for collection in store as each store was coming up as having only one in stock, an hour later each store contacted me to tell me they had none in stock and my orders were cancelled and would be refunded over the next few days. 🙄
