Pearl Izumi Tempo Jersey for £10
Thanks for the link. While looking there I found these tyres (37-622 and gentle cx tread) for £10!:
"Pirelli's Crossterrain XT (Cycl-E XT) tyres give you the dependability of Pirelli technology, so you can take your biking fun beyond city limits, even on gravel roads."

Yeah, I got sucked in and, beside two jerseys, got a cassette brush, and some pedals. Though the latter items were not hugely marked down, they were items I was going to buy anyway so I think it was justifiable.

Going to be two or three months before I can try out the short sleeved jerseys of course but surely better than my Halfords ridge ones I got for a fiver in their sale a couple of years ago🤣 they have been alright so very high hopes for a 90 quid jersey (are they really that price normally?)

Interesting.
I’ve had brilliant experience with Schwalbe Marathan Plus tyres on my hybrid…but they are now almost 4 years old, and perhaps 4K miles in.
Zero punctures: almost scared I’ll have forgotten how to change them…

Think mine are 700 x 36. Wonder if those Pirelli’s might make a good replacement 🧐

I also got sucked in to buying more than I wanted to avoid delivery charges, I bought that jersey in teal, really nice quality, small fitting though. Not sure about the £90 rrp though

Small fitting you say. I thought they were supposed to be 'relaxed'. I ordered the large size, am 34-36 inch waist, 5ft 10, 87kgs. Hope it fits.

No brainer. Pirelli is a reputable make. I bought 3 (2 for son's commuter bike and one for a 'spare').

Checked…mine are 35s, so these would be slightly chunkier.
Might have a closer look….2mm might not sound much, but it would be that bit closer to the already close mudguards, and potentially a little more rolling resistance. Does look a fairly “road” tread on the main part, mind you.
No idea how they would compare for puncture resistance. Not many reviews about.
