There's a looong list of excluded bikes from their range as well. I'd guess it's to support their move into selling second-hand bikes since the trade-ins can only be a maximum of 5 years old.

Hmm their cheapest adult bike is the Indi ATB 1 at £145, so buy that and use it to get 30% off a much more expensive bike

That can usually be fixed by writing a little e-mail script that:
- Replies saying 'please don't send me any more e-mails'
- Marks the e-mail as read
- Deletes it - not just moving to deleted folder, but actually deleting.
Hopefully they have an 'auto reply' on, then they get an endless stream of e-mails, which rapidly fills their in-box.
Did this a while back with a very persistent hotel company, and over the course of a weekend I reckon I sent them in excess of 100,000 e-mails. Never heard from them again!!

Not if you want cheap tyres and care if the business stays in business. All of those staff costs have to paid from turnover
if you want or need something in a hurry, buy on the high street (and pay the extra)
