Arrived. Fairly straightforward to assemble, riding them somewhat less straightforward.

Definitely don’t need the “pipeline technology” spacers though.

Reading some of the reviews, it seems quite a few have suffered from bearing failure. I do wonder if users have been over tightening the fixings on the roller axels, placing undue pressure on the outside of the bearings.

That Aubisque looks like a bargain, well all four of those frames do. The Cycling UK review suggests 32mm tyres with mudguards so would be a perfect commuter. Not got the cash at the moment to just drop on it though.

Not sure seen used ones online with rust spots under chipped paint. Not sure if abused or poor quality.

I have 35mm tyres on my Aubisque with full mudguards, probably space for 38s.

Superstar have increased the wheel discount to 75%. They also seem to have more stock as I was able to get a 650B XC wheelset with 100mm and 142mm through-axel spacing (non-boost). £68.75 is crazy for a set of MTB wheels. They didn't have my hub size last time

There wasn't the hub option on the All Mountain/Enduro wheelsets, but the XC wheelset is more in line with what I'm using already. Just need to source a 170mm Centreline Rotor - might have to be an ebay search
