Sainsbury's Water bottle 700ml plus cage and bolts £1.74 (online price) instore price is £3.49 but you can buy online and collect instore just bought one seems to be reasonable quality and value especially considering you get the cage aswell.

Planet X are selling the same light for £10 with £2.50 postage.

I did a bit of reading on these, and whilst they're very bright they're useless in the wet. Let water in like no-one's business and then go crazy 'til they've dried out. I ended up plumping for the much more waterproof 1/2 watt version, again from Planet X... which handily is half the price, but still claims to be visible from a mile away.

Hmm - I've had trouble with the 1/2 watt version in the wet (road bike, no mudguards) The issue seems to be the seal. I dried it out and coated the seal with vaseline and haven't had any trouble since. That might be a coincidence.

I really like the light though, small and powerful, bought as part of a set with a 25 front light, which I also like.

Had the same problem, vasaline sorted it. Seems a common problem.

Old 1/2W and 7 had the same issue - the builds are slightly better now but are not immune. Shouldn't be running a single light when its dark anyway ;)

The problem I find is the seal is okay (ish) but the button is part of the seal so when you push it sometimes its stuck in and leaves a very small gap. If you are that worried - mount it upside down.

Though as everyone says vasaline or alternatives = sorted.

1/2 price zipvit zv8 energy and zv9 protein recovery bars.

The yoghurt coated energy one is yummy imo not too heavy very easy to eat whilst riding. i have only tried the chocolate recovery bar and found it hard going. have bought the yoghurt bannana and blueberry will see what that is like. initially thought they were short dated on email sent to me, but dated to march next year!
