I like puppies.
Some say the same about the MMR and COVID vaccines.
Personally I'll take my chances with the belief that the meds will save my ass.
My wife had both this year, covid and flu jabs, (shes on immunotherapy so gets offered all this stuff) I haven't.
I have had Flu or may be its covid since the beginning of the month - never ever been as unwell, spent two whole days in bed.
Thankfully she has managed to avoid it - next year I am definitely going to try and get the jabs - are they available outside the NHS ?
What meds? There aren't any that will cure you of flu, MMR or Covid being viruses rather than bacterial 👍🏻 you'll need to rely on your immune system and any supportive treatments that might help with symptoms 👍🏻
Flu is readily available as a private vaccination through community pharmacies.
You can’t get the Covid vaccine unless on the eligible list.
This year they removed carers and co-habitants of immune suppressed patients so likely that it’ll be the same next year.
So I may be couldn't get the covid jab even if I paid ?
I may try and get the flu one as I think I have just had Covid (but don't really know)
think my wife is immune enhanced rather than immune suppressed, but she got both jabs

Covid jabs went from life saving and essential to not even being offered. No wonder people aren’t bothering with flu ones.
