Just remember to buy those green longs and shorts that seem to be de riguer for riding a gravel bike. And also the matching helmet in a suitable matt colour.
My Gravel bike has them (flared drops). I think they are supposed to offer stability on the drops but I never use my drops off road where it might be an advantage and I'm thinking when I need to retape to change them as they just get in the way in my tiny flat and sometimes make me too vary of gaps on the trail :-/
My Surly has Salsa Woodchippers on. It's a pretty steep sweep so probably 24°. Makes the bike wider,which I don't like, but otherwise they don't seem too different from regular drop bars.
