No you wont. If you had any balls you would have done that in the first place.

haha it was actually a joke.... it has nothing to do with having the balls to do it, it's about being enough of a complete twat to do it, which i am not. Don't see the need to let that sort of stuff bother you, do you?

Road Rage

I had an incident this week which left me both embarrassed and pleased. Silly woman pulled out of a junction in front of me. I quickly realised that I was either going to have to slam on the brakes or overtake. I quickly sussed that I had the momentum to pull off the overtaking move, so I thought "F__k it!", pumped the pedals and pulled up beside her, gave a short blast of verbal and overtook her. When I got home and uploaded the GPS it says I was doing 35mph at this instance. (Downhill I must add!). I can still see her face. It had this incredulous look of amazement as I pulled alongside her, though my choice of language could probably have been more civilised!

I was tootling along at my own pace (around 16mph average) and i get overtaken by a fellow cyclist on a steep hill (i struggle on hills to say the least!) he kept alongside me and said "you look like an amateur", i replied "pardon?" he then said "look at your clothes, you look like an amateur" (i wear my running kit, so fairly short nike running shorts, a helly hanson top with a tight t-shirt on over the top,) I was amazed by the sheer level of arrogance in that statement, so i then replied with "well i am an armature" Then when he decided to get on with his own ride, i called after him "Good luck in the tour next year Lance"
What a clot.

I would not worry to much about people like this, I work with a few people that think they are going to win the next tour de france, after they have been cycling 2 months.

They think buying all the latest lycra gear will make them Pro's. Getting on their 1k bikes they still can not work out how I can on a bike worth just over half of what they payed with my OMG baggy shorts and T-shirt, can leave them in the dust

People are stupid and love to make themselves feel better by running others down, the stronger Man/Woman just ignores them.

I would have been so shocked at the comments, being a novice I would have accidentally run him off the road!!!!!!
