No problem. And don't worry about the picture size, that looks about right to me. A great bike like that should be seen in all it's glory!

Your both right  I knew my saddle was tilted back and maybe a little short so i had a tinkle with it last weekend i went out on Sunday and did 46 miles previous best was 32 odd Sunday arvo i was in agony both knee-caps were throbbing . I assumed it was just down to this so i lowered the seat a bit and tilted the seat a bit more up-right. Went out today with the CCSR nothing strenuous just a social ride and my right knee is killing left 1 seems fine (compared to last week anyway). Guess i will have to continue the tinkering :banghead:lol

Thanks matey  just increased the seat height by quite a bit got the spirit level on the saddle which now seems to be 99.9% flat also tilted the bars a bit and found the seat to be very far back (first time ive ever owned a bike where the seat doesnt just move up and down lol ) Just had a quick burn round the block and it feels alot better so will test properly tomorrow.

Many thanks for the links spot on advice

If anyone finds the correct shade of white to touch up a boardman comp let me know , got some white car stuff but its too bright.
Why do you think i put a chainstay protector on? bike fell over when cleaning and took the paint off it about the size of a old ha`penny
Glad the links helped
and found the seat to be very far back (
have you checked your saddle set back ? i know KOPs is slated but its a starting point to work from , youmight even need to change stems if the reach is too long , the trick is to get your seat height /setback right 1st then work on the reach/drop to the hoods next .

Mark - i noticed you chug out a high gear on the CCSR ride. Have you tried a smaller gear with a higher cadence. I have had to remind Andy all this week and he's finally seen it helps the knees.
