First full build - Felt AR3

First bike I've built up from just buying the frame. Swapped my Ultegra groupset from another frame onto this one and added Easton EC70 stem and aero bars plus a Rotor BB30 to Shimano 24mm bottom bracket.

Pretty pleased with how it turned out!

Certainly does feel faster than the F5 with all the same stuff swapped over, yeah.

The F5 was a great ride, but the aero frame and bars just feel like they do exactly what they're designed to... which is a nice feeling.

It's also a very smooth and responsive ride for an aero bike. Feels very much like the F5 rather than being more similar to a TT bike.
