Best thing is when you unclip one foot swing leg over crossbar forget other foot is still clipped in and sort of piroette with bike.

I've got three screws through the top of my left shin after having my left knee reconstructed and I'd hate to have some situation where my foot got stuck in a fall and I end up twisting my knee again and being out of action again. Am I right to be a little dubious about using clipless pedals in the future?

He made all sorts of silly girly fuss about the blood coming out of his knee and the fact that his right wrist hurt a bit. As I so gently pointed out, at least he didn't have to straighten his lights out like I did.
