There is plenty of help on the Web - can't find my preferred article any more, but this one seems good. It is such a dense film, and exploits the medium in so much more masterly a way than any other I have seen... Yup. Apart from its visual delights, the story unfolds inexorably and draws you in as it does so; and the hero gradually becomes a villain, and satisfyingly gets what's coming to him in the end from the least likely of quarters.
