"Masking" seems an understatement - a full body suit with all parts of the female anatomy bar none.

Watched it last night, felt sick watching it.

What the actual ****?

To the small minded people who have made similar comments to the one above, what's wrong with you?? It doesn't do any harm to anyone does it? Yes it might be a bit 'out there' and look odd, but so what?? Really, if they are happy then so what?!
Live and let live I say!!

The lack of facial expressions could be a problem for some, but for others, concealing their true identity can be a thrill, like the wearing of masks dating back hundreds of years ago to go to the theatre, festival, party, etc etc, even if the disguise wasn't always great (think of the Carnivals in Venice for example), to those who find it a turn on like in the film mentioned. It could even be out of necessity to hide some sort of physical deformity/injury - Phantom Of The Opera or a Pirate's eye patch anyone?

I just think it is an innate hard wired desire in the human nature of some to be something they are not/to deceive/to alter their body or appearance, be it with makeup, hair dye, a wig, a simple piercing or tattoo right up to, say, a sex change/or a delve into the unknown like that woman who looks like a Cat/Tiger!
Heck even kids like to enter this world of make believe and have their faces painted, dress up in old clothes, wear their Mum's make up etc etc, or wear disguises at Halloween, albeit for fun, but do you remember being disappointed when someone who wouldn't have known still recognised you behind your mask?

Yes there is sometimes a criminal element, but really, on the whole, GET OVER IT EVERYBODY!!

....... You could even more than adequately argue that clothing is a form of masking for a lot of people, and that it is quite unnatural in its own right!! (Despite the weather).

Well said MDB.

I saw people dolled up a lot more than that in the gay clubs of the 80s. ;) Some people have led sheltered lives.

If something makes you feel sick or eww (etc etc), why bother watching it?

Child abuse, animal cruelty, devastation of war, natural disasters, to name a few, all make me feel sick. A group of people going about their own business, causing no harm to others, and having the guts to release their inner self - great stuff!

There's a girl who goes in my local on a friday night that has a body worse than any of the body suited fella's on that show. This along with her child like make up applying skills make her look just as odd as some of those on the show looked.

So in summary, masking is no more offensive than clinically obese girls in leggings that are a size too small.

Edit; masking is less offensive than fatties in leggings!
