Favourite wines

Just sitting thinking of what I fancy cracking open later

For me it's

Red - Burgundy
White - Riesling

I like everything else to be fair but these two are the best in my opinion. Without a doubt!

A very chilled glass of Manzanilla, taken in a bar in Seville or Granada with some olives or jamon serrano for tapas.

Nice drop of Fino. Sounds good but you can keep the olives. Up there with mushrooms for me. Devils food.

back in my drinking daze I use to like Gewurtsraminer white and red from the local vineyard of my parents in law in the black forest..Oberkircher rotwein

Sparkly - Co-op cava (you can keep your expensive French rubbish, this stuff rocks)
