Couple of my favourite channels I subscribe to
"I am puma". A Russian couple have a channel dedicated to their pet puma Messi. Apparently he was from a defunct zoo, and was undersized with various health issues. It's clearly a very happy beast in their care and dotes on them. Classics include it being taken to a dog obedience class. This one is him chillin' at home.

The Tank Museum's series of "tank chats", especially those done by national treasure David Fletcher, also a terrific author of tank-related books. The other presenters are good too but here's one of Fletcher's. The tank museum is a terrific day out too, particularly on the days their running some of the tanks. You'll need all day too

And also on tanks "the chieftan", aka Nicholas Moran. A military historian and former tank commander. Very very knowledgable and his dry and witty Irish delivery makes his talks entertaining as well as informative

And moving on to chemistry, there's this crazy Australian chemist's channel "explosions and fire"

And also chemistry, Prof Poliakoff's slightly more serious channel. As an aside he's Stephen P the playwright's brother.

Woodworker Paul Sellers. Makes it look so easy as he effortlessly planes a rough piece of wood flat and square. I guess if I practised for 60 years I might be getting somewhere close

Two step violin. two classical violinists talk about music. They are serious musicians but their videos are so much fun. This example shows how much John Williams knocked off for the Star Wars score

Quite a few science channels
Dr Beccy
https://youtu.be/mvmwqx5vjps
A cardiologist Medlifecrisi. He's numerate as well as a medical expert so he is good at rubbishing misleading numbers. Here's one on cancer rates

Anyhow, thet'll do for now.
I echo others' suggestions of Colin Furze and Bigclive
