Anyone else who works from home taken to a daily ride or faux commute to boost their activity levels?
For me, I really need to get straight up and go first thing. I work flexibly so as long as I don’t have an 8:30 meeting I’m usually back and sorted. I also get a good nature fix early in the day. If that’s not feasible I find a slot straight after lunch, so already broken concentration and lethargic after eating. I write better late morning and late afternoon so I try and keep those for creative work.I'd like to read more thoughts on which time (before, lunch, after,. ..) do people find the best time?
