Her brother is married to Gail Davies ( country singer) who is Chris Scruggs mum . Who is Chris Scruggs you ask .. yes Earl Scruggs Grandson ...

Simon Fuller manager of the Spice Girls and other famous music acts and sportsmen was in my year at school. He was even managing local bands while still at school. Whilst working in the motorcycle trade I met Joey Dunlop and worked with Phil McCallen who now runs his own dealership in Northern Ireland. Have also met several top chess grandmasters over the years a couple of whom are quite good friends. On the cycling front had quite a long chat with Alex Dowsett after stage 1 of this years Tour of Britain. My better half with Alex:

I met quite a few celebs when younger when working on Qe2 couple that spring to mind are Rod Stewart and Robert Smith of the Cure.Plenty of b list entertainers aswell.Cant say i was that interested unless i was serving them and wanted a tip !
I met Brad pitt in Dharamasala India he was there filming Seven Years in Tibet.
Caught a flight to Thailand and Boris Becker was sat with us on his way to Aussie Tennis.
Closer to home i met Neil Tennant of pet shop boys at Dunsop bridge last year.
And i never got a selfie with any !
The only two who i was starstruck by were Ian Brown (a hero of mine) in Amsterdam,had a smoke with him ! Just to try and act cool,nearly through a whitey
And few weeks ago Bumped into Damon Albarn in Blackpool before his concert there.I actually had a beer with him !
Is that enough name dropping.
