Bollox. Beards and moustaches are evidence of *masculinity* in a woman.

Anyway, I'm too clever for you and must to bed. Safe in the knowledge that I've left a discombobulated alan bennet lookalike adrift in a sea of mediocrity.

You haven't got a beard or moustache have you?

If so, why?

Beards and moustaches are evidence of femininity in a man. They are worn by men who fuss about their appearance in the way that women do.

It doesn't occur to most men to have either.

Beards and moustaches are more like evidence of idleness in a man. I tend to shave once every six weeks or so, because shaving's really boring. I never, ever trim it to a particular shape, it just grows until all you can see are my eyes.

That is a word I've not seen used in almost a year. Anyway how did this work with George Michael and Freddy Mercury - reverse psychology ?

there is a fine reason for a certain amount of growth - mainly in the goatee format with added cheek stubble - I'm too lazy to attack my chops every morning!

(oh yeah, and it goes with my combats and IT work...)

You are Ross Perot and I claim my five pounds. Plus that tenner you forgot to send me. Do you need an invoice?

I grew a full beard once...nobody like dit, I didnt like it, it itched like crazy and added 20 years to my age. I dont distrust beardy types though...unless they are female.

The rush of the morning commute blowing over a hairless chinny-chin-chin leaves me feeling particularly wind-beaten. I feel naked without my face-fuzz.
Not any particular style, I'm just too lazy to shave. Every now and then I run a set of hair clippers over it.

Itches like buggery after about a fortnight. My missus reckons that they end up smelling all sour when the food and drink gets trapped as her dad had one for years ;)

I find washing my beard and giving it a quick comb when I wash my face keeps all the smells and itches at bay.

Growing face fuzz is a sign of testosterone in men & women.
I only grew mine out of laziness 'cos I need to shave every morning or I look like a real crim.

Come the warmer weather I'm looking forward to shaving the lot off and everyone declaring how much younger I look!

Silly man. I'm not at work. And neither was I yesterday.

Are you?

Do you mean that you are being paid out of the public purse to post bollocks on the internet ?

Have you no shame ? ;)

I've never had a beard before and I'm amazed how warm they keep your face! Grow one and save buying a CC Buff!
Try one, they're brill! Honest.

Thanks, that's a really helpful tip for me!
