I’m thinking of cars built in China. Will they turn to the rest of the world and discount their cars as the Americans will have to pay more?

Doubt it, EU is frantically trying to stop Chinese EVs swamping their domestic market. I expect higher tariffs to try and stop or at least slow their adoption. China has some excellent brands Byd, Xpeng, Nio
