Now that all the songs and singers have been announced, Sweden are currently the bookies' favourite, followed by Finland and then Ukraine. UK are sixth.

I love Eurovision. If you accept it for what it is, camp and ridiculous, it's an absolute hoot.

The music isn't generally to my taste, but there have been some cracking tunes over the years.

Totally agree! If we could just have a version without the actual "songs" in ...

Actually, I'd watch a good highlights package. Maybe 20seconds of each perfromance to give a flavour - with punditry from Norton or similar - and full versions of 4-5 "notable" entries.
Then a fast-forward of the scoring - it would look like a game-show then, with coloured LED bars racing each-other. Keep the pointless attention-seeking chief jurors off the air, for all our sakes.
