Don't forget the great races in March! (Milan San Remo, Paris Nice, Tirreno-Adriatico etc.).

I used to do that, but they have a special offer on (until 28th Feb) which is cheaper for the year (£19.99) than buying 4 months worth.

I had a problem with casting Eurosport. Page would load but not stream.
I solved my issue by purchasing an inexpensive HDMI extension to bring the Chromcast to the front.
It appears the dongle was struggling to receive Wi-Fi at the back of my telly.

I have a feeling they are going to introduce a two tier service at some point.

Basic, includes standard def and limited playback time. Higher tier includes HD and longer playback time.

It used to be really good. Practically all the cycling events they covered were available for at least a week on video catch-up. I'm also sure that the picture quality used to be better.

TBH the picture is not BAD, especially compared to what it was like 5 or 6 years ago, but once you have seen it in HD you don't want to go back again!

I don't like their stupid 'broadcast' model. I assume that it is a licensing issue, otherwise why not just stick everything in the video section and let the customer decide what to watch and when?

I've had it in HD. I now watch in SD through the BT box and it's absolutely fine.

The Eurosport picture through the app is bobbins, whereas viewing through their website, via a laptop and a HDMI lead to a TV is fine.

Am I missing something here ? I bought the app (20quid for a year ,bargain !) Installed on my android phone and works great and on a Kindle fire tablet works ok.But neither will cast or show symbol for casting.I got in contact with Eurosport (always reply ) to be told engineers are aware of this problem.So I have no option to cast ?

I can't cast via the app on my android phone. The cast symbol only ever appeared once.

Still works fine on chromecast with my Sony Android tablet running Android 6.0.

Can you use Android 'screen mirroring' to Chromecast? On Android 5.0.1 (Lollipop) that is Settings/Connections/Connect and share - (scroll down) Screen Mirroring.

Yes managed to do that,but pics not the best.I installed the app on my daughter's iPhone tonight just to see if that would cast.Nothing.Ill suffer watching on phone /tablet.Cheers col anyway
