Yes, thanks for the 453 info - wasn't aware of that tubing or decal. The bike seemed wrong for 653.

Sales are very quiet - I've sold my Vitus 797 but it's a lot harder at the moment imo.

On the plus side there's a lot of bargains out there, but you need storage space and be willing to hold onto them for what may be several years.

I recently bought a new pair of 501 Levis on ebay for £27. At that price I expected them to be knock-offs, but they are perfect. It was only a few years ago that they were £75 to £90.
