Arthur Johnson auction in Nottingham this Saturday: "A collection of vintage bike frames and parts including Carlton and Robin Williamson".
The Robin Williamson (Edinburgh) frame looks decent; 753 frame tubes, 531 fork.

That's interesting. I emailed the seller to say I could look at it next week (Daughter lives near Cambridge) and did it have a reserve,. His response was "yes, I'm not letting it go for silly money bike is as new"

The last time I saw one of these it was in Coventry Transport Museum and I said that I like that a lot .

Just a shame the auction is so far away in greater Manchester

Here's mine. It reflects my other hobby of Kit Cars, as fake Ferraris (sometimes known Fauxrarries ) are popular, although I don't have any. I was at a local 'cyclists Cafe' a few years back and the proprietor was quite excited when he saw my bike, saying he knew of Ferrari branded MTB's but hadn't been aware of road bikes. It took a while before he noticed and I had to say 'it's all in the smallprint twice before he twigged.
ETA (in case others haven't noticed  ) It is a Sp touring frame. I didn't like the standard Spa transfers and thought it 'wrong' to put the name of any bike manufaturer/supplier on, hence the Ferrari vinyl which was made by an Ebay supplier and I added the 'not a' for a bit of fun.

Not guilty.
Spent my money on rail tickets & a hotel booking instead.

It's for sale again (same seller) so the sale didn't happen for whatever reason. The (AI?) description has a complete string of text with no spaces between any words! Very odd. I wonder if he'll send me a message in response to my earlier one to him stating I could see it later this week?
