I was working in Cyprus, maybe March time on year. Most of the time it was a light jumper at most at ground level. I decided to take a drive up Mt Troodos just for the view etc.
I got up there, in a T shirt, felt ok...but all the locals up there were in heavy coats etc

I am mourning the death of the school snow day.
We have been told that, now we are well practiced at it, that should the school shut because of snow, we will be expected to teach our classes online.
Yeah right. What kid is going to be glued to Microsoft Teams when they could be outside sledging/throwing snowballs at buses/making giant snow willies

No snow here. Not even on the hill. Seems the forecast has been correct for once. And any decision I may have had to take with regard to has been rendered moot by Mrs 26 who requires my presence. It's a bit like that other thread regarding the 4th Reich
