The Express continue their bizarre obsession with a snowbound Britain.

Their explanation for the fact that hardly anyone is experiencing anything more than chilly conditions and maybe a bit of snow? It's because you happen to be living in one of two small areas that are unaffected. The rest of the country is taking a polar hammering, honest.

Well the woke brigade have cancelled my local Parkrun this morning.
Apparently health and safety dictates that 400 people running around a municipal park in -3degrees isn’t very safe.
We will never win world war 3 with that attitude. 😁

7.45am in Lowestoft this Morning as I set out to walk the mutt. Not snow - might as well be though. No cycling occurring in this 😕

Your mutt there on an extension lead reminds me of the other night when I let mine out for a pee on his extension lead. I stood at my door, letting him sniff and pee, not daring to step out onto the icy path, when he decided to walk around a tree, but not walk back the same way, instead coming back the other side of the tree wrapping himself around it! I kept pulling on the now long lead, hoping he'd turn around to unwrap himself, but no he just stood there. I had to walk on the icy path after all that, to go and free him ffs!!:cursing:

I went to visit a friend this afternoon. I pulled up in my car then got out very carefully, trying to not slip on the ice. When I reached the pavement I looked at it and thought "No way am I stepping on that"! I had to phone my friend and ask her to bring a sheet or blanket out so I could walk on it to her door, as it was so dangerous underfoot!

I hope the paparazzi and local fan club arrived.
