Not much in the way of queues or shortages here, but that's possibly because most wont fancy queuing when the price is so high. Makes you wonder if the two things are connected somehow.

Been out for a ride this morning mostly off road but one short on road stretch passes a filling station, its a busy road but this morning I thought there had been an accident or something, but it was cars queuing down the road to get filled up, I was a bit surprised by it all.

Suits me - can't stand cheese so pizza is no use to me

although SWMBO does like an occasional Hawaiian

but I always pick up rather than wait because I HATE waiting for deliveries!

Best way to clear the shelves is to tell folk not to panic buy.
BP garage in Wadebridge, Cornwall - the forecourt has been rammed all morning. If you go 200 yds down the road there's no queues at Tesco .......and it's 6p a litre cheaper!

My neighbour just knocked on my door to advise me to fill up because petrol is running out.
We truly are a bunch of savages just one day away from anarchy.

The last time this happened everyone went to fill up. And because most hardly put much in it created a shortage.

i remember it during the 70s as a kid. Cars sat queueing with engines running. Can't help wondering how much petrol some folks are burning in their search for petrol.
