Thanks Geoff. I'm enjoying doing this old girl. Everything came apart easily, a lot of it is being reused and what ever was missing id got in my junk pile.
Struggling to get decals for it . Im going to try a car vinyl transfer printers in the village i live if he can reproduce a set from a picture. Only trouble is i cant find a decent picture of any ulster sports decals to copy off.

Paint is darker than I'd expected, not too thrilled with the shade if I'm honest.

What colour is it ?

The only pictures of downtube transfers I've found so far are at a slight angle but you may be able to see what font they are . I googled it and then trawled through the pictures .
It's coming on nicely .

BL tahiti blue metallic.
I think it should say rudge down the seat tube. Rudge ulster sports on a scroll with a stylised jet on the down tube and little rudge sheilds on the forks .
I think the transfers changed every couple of years. Mines 1950.
