This comparison always hits it home for me as how much more wealth a "billionaire" has compared to a "millionaire"

Just reading that he is only worth
$3.1 BILLION .
That makes him only 259th richest person in America and 715th richest in the world.
Mind boggles just trying to comprehend those stats.
I wonder.........how much of that is tied up and how much he can actually get his hands on ?

I once met a very rich guy in the executive suite of a swish hotel in New Orleans. He had invited my whole company to a soiree to celebrate his financial backing of us to fund a new round of development. He was saying that he kept what he called his 'lifebelt' of $7 million in a secure holding that he couldn't access without many counter-signatories while the remainder he called 'adventure money' was for investing and 'having fun with'! He told the maitre d to ensure no-one's glass was empty and the second a starter was finished, it should be whisked away and replaced with the main course. Doing so, he deposited a thousand dollars in his top pocket. We seemed to be well cared for after that and the waiting staff were glad they did because they were given $50,000 to share at the end of the night. And to give an idea of how long ago this was (to allow for inflation), it was the evening a young Tiger Woods was about to win his first major which we were all watching on TV.

C'mon Accy, there can't be ANYONE on cyclechat that has an opposing view regarding the 🍊 🤡 Trump!

I have an American friend who has been a was a virulent Trump supporter for years with daily comments of Facebook etc, even he has gone quiet over the last month or so.

Being the President of the USA is either a minimum wage job, or, he is guilty of Tax Avoidance.
