Anything any good for trigger points in the upper part of my back and shoulder ?

Try rolling a squash ball (or something harder, if you're feeling brave) around your back, leaning against a wall, should release some tight spots

If you can get hold of a copy, one of the Cycling+ mags had an article on where to roll a few months back. Will need to wait until I get back for the actual issue number, but will try and dig out the moves...
