Ok...time to fess up...I didn't go
I decided that I wouldn't have enjoyed it as I would have slogged my way round reproaching myself for not getting enough training in and holding everyone up. So today will be spent meal planning, shopping and prepping for the 2/3stone I desperately need to get off!! Will get out on the bike for a bit later and spend some time with the family. I really appreciated all your support to get me out there! My goal this year was to ride my first 100 which I did last week so I am happy with that. Over winter I am planning some cross training to shift the weight so I can get stuck in to hills next year! I have plenty to practise on locally and my goal for next year may be tackling Hardknott and Wrynose
