OK I must have an off couple of days of late as its finally dawned on me what you have both been on about as you both said all I had to do to find out if I'd ordered the right one was to work out the total drive train capacity and then refer to Shimano charts. Must be losing my grip as should have been able to do this in my sleep, must be all this inactivity after my broken heel in March lol

Hi all I just finished messing about with the new RD I got the Shimano Sora and the 11-34 cassette for now as recovering from my injuries as can always change back to the old Cassette later So all set to get back into riding having tested it over a couple of miles.
