There's a live tracker on the website. After Lancaster there is a flattish route to Accrington, but she's not taken it. Straight through Abbeystead and the Trough of Bowland by the look of things.

Snow showers tomorrow pm when she should be somewhere around here on the way to Edale. When she gets close-ish and I can work out her route I'll pop out on the bike to give her a bit of support. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up

Day 1 - 130 mile ride in 50mph winds, rain and sleet.. chapeau
Day 2 - cycle 40 miles then climb Scafell Pike in winter conditions... chapeau
Day 3 - Swim a mile in cold open water then cycle 65 miles.. chapeau

She doesn't look like she's being overly-dramatic at all in any of those pictures.

I'll say one thing for her, she does "pathetic" and "exhausted" very well. Almost as well as she does "annoying"
