No doubt some of you have heard of him before, but for those of you that haven't go to his website, http://www.davidgoggins.com
He has recently come back from major heart surgery and it seems he is concentrating on cycling, after having to quite his training to complete RAAM because of a hole in his heart.
If you check his recent blog post, it seems he has been trying some 500 mile races to get back into the swing of things, he rode 252 miles in under 15 hours, which is good for a strong rider, let alone one who is just getting back into training!
He also completes Ultra marathons as if they are a walk in the park, running the infamous Badwater race through Death Valley.
He is such an inspiration and i try to have his quote, "when you think you can do no more, you've only done 40% of what your capable of doing" in my mind when running or cycling.
