The camera would have kept running. I fell down a hill once filming the dog (for the vet she had odd limp). Of course the camera kept filming....the sky and recording me whining.

It says no arrests have been made but I would presume both the driver and passenger were committing some sort of offence? Even if it’s just not wearing a seat belt. But I guess that isn’t an arrest-able issue.

To be honest all concerned have likely learned from the experience so there seems little to be gained by any prosecution.
