Ok heres a question - is it racist to say bradley wiggins might finish quicker if there was a fish and chip shop near the end ?

No it don't count. Neither does taking the mickey out of scousers, mancunions the Irish, Scots welsh as they are white UK residents in general.

So why is it not rascist to say bradley wiggins might finish quicker if there was a fish and chip shop near the end but it is rascist to say bolt might finish quicker if there was a KFC near the finish line.
I genuinely dont see the difference.

If a rap musician says the n-word in a song, that's artistic. If I said the n-word at the office canteen at lunchtime, that's racism.
