Psychosis is not the same thing as psychopathy. Plus, you're making an awful lot of assumptions.

I will give you that, psychopathy being a general flattening of affect and the other being psychotic episodes.

I still remain uncomfortable with the lynch mob mentality though - it's also making a lot of assumptions to treat it like a premeditated murder while just ignoring the fact that he was known to be a risk to others.

He was off his meds and he killed someone, sorry but that can be traced back to the inaction of someone in the care system who was meant to be monitoring him, does anyone really think he will remain in the mainstream prison system?
