Army surplus combats old tour t shirts and tilly hat. Done.

Cotton fabric is woven, so it has small holes between the threads, can’t get much more “breathable“ than that.

Point of order - items such a t-shirts, sweatshirts, joggers etc are mostly made from a knitted cotton (or polyester, etc) fabric while casual shirts, jeans and trousers are mostly made from woven fabrics*.




* As are anoraks
