The last time I laughed solidly for more than 10 minutes was when I was off ill with a bad cold and put on the Jackass Movie. I almost passed out as I was simultaneously laughing, wheezing and having a coughing fit and not really breathing for a bit.
My sick sense of humour just appreciated the gross goings-on, and I'd been starved of human contact for a few days and likely found it far funnier than I may have done normally.
The only other time I thought I was going to pass out laughing was when I was in the front row of a Billy Connolly gig in the Usher Hall in Edinburgh in the early 90. He went on a run of utterly hilarious scenarios that meant I didn't really get a good breath for 5 minutes or so.
