This thread is at high risk of dying out.

I think we should start a discussion with a religious bent.

To get the discussion going, I would like to suggest that Jesus C had a heavy coffee addiction. I base my suggestion on the fact that things like the appearance of the devil in the desert and the tranfiguration could be explained by hallucinations induced by sleep deprivation following heavy caffeine ingestion.

What do you all think?

You'll be welcome, but don't give up here. Sometimes the tea thread has sunk down to page two, but it always livens up again...

One of my clients has one of these. Excellent coffee in lots of flavours, almost a shame to have to stop drinking and go back to the work.

Okay..I'll raise an issue.

Fairtrade or not Fairtrade?

I always buy FT because I believe in what it's trying to do...but the quality is often hit and miss.

I have yet to find a fair trade coffee that is acceptable. So I buy ordinary coffee, and find fair trade comestibles like Chocolate - the Divine brand at Oxfam lives up to its name, and their Choc Brazils.

Agree entirely, I'm happy to use fair trade products where there is no comprise in quality. Yet to taste good fair trade coffee though.

I freely admit I work for the company but Asda's Extra Special ones aren't bad. I find it really frustrating, I want to support FT but can't abide nasty coffee.

I actually quite like ASDAs everyday coffees, they are very drinkable for such cheap prices.
