I have taken some stickers off the underside of my Carbon road bike and would like to remove the residue.

Normally I would use White spirit or turps. Would this effect the Carbon?

I used something on fibreglass years ago that made it go soft and so I am a bit wary.

Ianrauk is right, it won't affect the carbon, in fact, nothing you have under your kitchen sink can affect carbon.

However, some stuff can affect the paint (lacquer) painted onto carbon.
Common sense should dictate what that may be.
