Acceptable daily intake 0–0.025 mg/kg body weight.
Just keep the digital micro scales handy.

We use cyanide in the lab. Part of the safe disposal procedure involves conversion to the hexacyanoferrate (ferrocyanide) ion. It doesn't release free cyanide.
