Where did you get the liners?

I'm thinking of using them under shorts during a summer tour to help with the laundry - not sure what I'm looking for though.

Im using precision training lycra shorts of amazon at the moment , £7
Used nike dry-fit in the past as a liner also.
Using the liner works great as the liner takes any abuse your skin would be getting.

'Natures Kiss Chafe-ease' isn't bad either but it has a strong smell (which you may or may not like)

'Natures Kiss Chafe-ease' isn't bad either

I like that stuff but I use it after a ride rather than pre. I find it has a soothing effect.

I was about to start a thread asking about Chamois Creme until I found this thread. Just bought some Sudocrem plus Tesco Aqueos Cream, and my partner will be mixing up a brew tonight with Tea Tree oil plus some other bits. I'll post up my verdict in a week or so

This recipe was from a website, www.lagazzettadellabici.com, which has now gone, it was an italian cycling journal and I have a feeling the page has been took down and the chamois cream marketed as "Enzo's button hole chamois cream" but that is a hunch. It also had the help of Bradley Wiggins wife in creating the chamois cream. Having used a few proprietary chamois creams including Assos and Uderlley Smooth etc, this is by far the best that I have ever used, I use it on all my rides, some of which go over 200+ miles non stop and get no problems.

Not much difference really from when you wore nappies with a big Number 2 in it and you was riding round the front room on your trike happy as Larry.

In reallity, you don't notice it...........but there again, you never noticed a Number 2 in your nappy, everyone else did though, and that is were the difference is, no one knows your wearing chamois cream as it does'nt smell enough to make your friends keep their distance or run out of the bottom of your shorts.
